My son has autism so it's always hard for me to take him to the dental office. But since my son went to this office, I didn't have to. The staff are so friendly, Doctors knows how to handle kids. My son is happy to visit this place.
This location keeps canceling my daughters appointments. I get multiple text messages to confirm the appointments, which I do all the time, only for them to cancel them THE DAY BEFORE!! and then get told that when that happens, to call and reschedule.....for what, you guys just keep canceling them. It's ridiculous at this point. I ask for the day off from work every single time, for nothing. I end up losing money at the end. Time to find a new location!!
I have tried on four different occasions to set up an appointment for my daughter, her permanent teeth are breaking through behind her baby teeth. All four times I have been directed to leave a message. I have not received a phone call back to schedule me. I don't quite understand why I have not received a call back especially since I've left a detailed message of what the issue is, so I will take my business some other place that respects our concern.
Update: Lisa the manager at their sister office responded to my review and left her number so I called back hoping that I could finally get in touch with somebody, I left a message with the person that answered the phone and Lisa never got back to me. This was about 3 weeks. It's a shame because kids dental Safari it's only a few blocks from my house and our family is a loyal family once we find a place we like we stick with it. Obviously kids dental Safari is not concerned about retaining their customers.
It has been impossible to make an appointment here. I called 3 weeks ago to make my daughter an appointment and the receptionist was constantly talking over me and having a side conversation with someone in the office. As soon as the call ended I told my kiddos mom I had a feeling she didn’t schedule it correctly because of how distracted she seemed. Sure enough, 2 weeks later we get a text confirmation for the upcoming appointment and it’s for the wrong date. I called back and explained they scheduled us incorrectly and the receptionist cuts me off and replies “okay I’ll cancel it”. She seemed to be under the impression we couldn’t make the appointment but I was trying to clarify that THEY scheduled it wrong. I asked her to correct the appointment for the time and date I was initially told and the receptionist said they are closed for lunch that date and time. Wow. The receptionist simply don’t listen and talk over you. You have to elevate your voice to get a word in.

There was an appointment in the middle, and the appointment time was made, but he called two days before the appointment. Tell us that we need to change the time because their clinic is on holiday that day, and they don’t allow us to reschedule the time. We have to wait until they come back from the holiday to make an appointment for us. Two months were wasted in the middle, and we have to wait another month for rescheduling. , causing the child's tooth decay to become serious, and the tooth can only be pulled out. I just want to ask, don't you know when you are on holiday and you are still open to guests for appointment?
